Adult Social Worker: Emergency Assessments & Multi-Agency

Charles Hunter Associates is looking for a Social Worker to join an Adults Team in Bracknell. The role involves carrying out assessments and reviews in emergencies, providing direct advice and assistance to promote wellbeing of service users.

The ideal candidate should have a Social Work degree and at least 2 years of experience, with the ability to work in a multi-agency team and knowledge of the MCA Act. This position offers full-time hours and a supportive work environment.
