Researcher (3-Month Project)

Location: London

Contract: 3 Months

Start Date: Immediate

We’re looking for someone to join Carr Lyons, a specialist financial services recruitment firm based in London, on a 3-month contract to help us update and enhance our candidate and client database.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call through our existing recruitment database to confirm and update candidate and client details
• Identify potential leads and business development opportunities
• Record accurate, high-quality information in our CRM system
• Provide feedback and insights on market trends or opportunities uncovered during calls

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills and a confident phone manner
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or lead generation preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
