Duties of a Fast Fit Technician

• Perform tyre fitting to a high standard, including emergency puncture repairs and fitting of run‑flat and EV tyres
• Conduct wheel alignments (training provided; preferred but not essential)
• Carry out vehicle health checks and fault diagnoses
• Conduct routine repairs such as brake replacements, exhaust fitting, and air conditioning servicing
• Liaise with customers to explain required work and promote additional services
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
• Stay up‑to‑date with automotive technology advancements and participate in training sessions

Requirements of a Fast Fit Technician

• Enthusiastic and experienced tyre technician or fast fit mechanic
• Strong technical skills in tyre fitting and basic mechanical repairs
• Ability to multi‑task efficiently in a busy workshop environment
• Knowledge of wheel alignment, brakes, exhaust systems, and air conditioning (desirable)
• Excellent customer service skills and proactive approach
• Willingness to learn and engage in manufacturer training
• Previous experience working within automotive garages or service centres
