Bar and Restaurant Supervisor, Hotel du Vin
OTE up to £14 per hour (inc of tronc), flexible hours. Permanent. Edinburgh.
Responsibilities
- Act as the face of the restaurant and bar within the hotel, controlling the flow and interfacing with the kitchen and management team.
- Work a range of shifts and days, including evenings, weekends and all seasons.
- Maintain high service standards and deliver a smooth, controlled dining experience for guests.
- Assist with staff training and support to maintain brand quality.
- Interpret and realise the brand’s culinary and hospitality standards.
Requirements
- Experience working within a busy restaurant and/or bar.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage staff and guest expectations in a fast‑paced environment.
