Pay: 39.41 LTD inclusive of holiday pay or 29.33 Exclusive of holiday pay

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of children and young people with disabilities within the 0 – 25 age range
• Develop and implement care plans based on individual needs
• Provide support and guidance to families and caretakers
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure holistic care for clients
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulations
