Responsibilities

  • Develop and explore new sales prospects through cold calling, networking and market research
  • Develop and sustain long-term connections with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Presentations and product demos to potential customers
  • Negotiate terms of sales agreements to ensure mutual benefit
  • Collaborate with internal teams to make sure products and services are delivered seamlessly
  • Use IT technologies and CRM software to manage sales funnel successfully
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management
  • Engage in industry events, trade exhibitions, and networking gatherings to promote the organization’s offerings
  • Answer customer questions swiftly and professionally to deliver great customer service
  • Stay up to date with the company’s goods, rivals and market trends

Work Experience

  • Preferred proven experience in B2B sales or a similar sales environment
  • Ability to negotiate and close transactions successfully
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English
  • A valid driving licence is a must for customer trips and meetings outside the office
  • Experience with IT systems for sales management and reporting reasons
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
  • Previous customer service experience will be viewed as an asset

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a target driven workplace, has strong organisational skills and shows exceptional interpersonal skills.
