Location: Barnet General Hospital, London

Working Hours: Mon – Fri (8am – 5pm)

Salary: up to £37,370 dependant upon skills and experience

Join Equans as a Maintenance Craftsperson – Fabric to carry out planned and reactive maintenance on building fabric at Barnet General Hospital, ensuring safe, efficient operations aligned with the PPM schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled and reactive maintenance using trade skills.
• Maintain qualifications and up-to-date knowledge.
• Report hazards promptly and manage materials/orders.
• Supervise contractors and operatives.
• Complete all job-related documentation accurately.
• Participate in emergency on‑call rota.
• Follow Company policies on Health & Safety, Quality, and Customer Care.
