Job Details

• Location: Oldbury
• Employment Type: Permanent
• Salary: £28,756 – £32,864 per annum (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: Night Shift – Monday to Thursday, 2:00 pm – 12:00 am

Duties and Responsibilities

• Carry out polishing and finishing activities to high cosmetic standards
• Inspect finished components to ensure quality standards are achieved
• Support surface preparation activities where required
• Work with plastic and carbon fibre components
• Support production requirements within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
• Maintain high housekeeping and safety standards within the finishing area
• Work collaboratively with production and quality teams
• Support continuous improvement activities

Ideal Polisher

• Previous experience within an automotive or specialist manufacturing environment
• Strong experience within polishing and finishing processes
• Experience working with plastic and carbon fibre materials
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Experience working within a fast‑paced production setting
