CSCS Labourer Required – Leighton Hospital, Crewe

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking CSCS Labourer to join one of the UK’s largest and most reputable main contractors on a high-profile construction project based at Leighton Hospital in Crewe. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a well-established company on a busy and fast-paced site.

Location: Leighton Hospital, Crewe

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm

Role & Responsibilities:

• Carrying out general labouring duties across site
• Assisting skilled tradespeople as required
• Site welfare: Ensuring site is tidy and clean in preparation for a handover
• Maintaining site cleanliness and ensuring work areas are kept tidy
• Following all site health & safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a labourer on a construction site
• Experience with rip‑outs and skip loading preferred
• Strong work ethic and good reliability
• Ability to work as part of a team and use initiative when required
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks
• Must be able to provide a recent and check‑able work reference
