Role Description

Move Revolution is seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager for a part-time or full-time, on-site role in South Nutfield. Responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations of residential properties, managing tenant relations, ensuring timely rent collection, coordinating property maintenance and inspections, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The Property Manager will also be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and tenants to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in property management processes, including tenant relations, lease agreements, and property maintenance coordination
  • Strong understanding of legal compliance and regulatory requirements within property management
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
