LANDSCAPE TEAM LABOURER WANTED | LONDON | £29K-£34K + OVERTIME

Help Transform London’s most prestigious commercial garden spaces, high-end hotels patio areas , and luxury rooftop gardens Join a dynamic 4-person installation team for an immediate start after interview process .

The Rewards

• Salary: £29,000 – £34,000 per annum
• Overtime: Paid at 1.25x rate
• Travel: Oyster card costs fully covered
• Benefits: 23 days holiday + Bank Holidays
• Contract: Full-time, permanent role

The Role

• Heavy Labour: Move aggregates, mature trees, and large pots
• Installation: Assist with luxury decking, benches, and premium plant schemes
• Logistics: Load/unload materials and manage site clean-down
• Travel: Navigate daily between premium Central London commercial sites
• Hours: 42.5 hours per week (early starts from 06:30 AM)

What You Need

• Fitness: Physically fit and comfortable with heavy manual lifting
• Reliability: Punctual, flexible, and ready for early morning starts
• Presentation: Polite and professional customer service skills on corporate sites
• Legal: Valid Right to Work in the UK and solid references
• Bonus: CSCS card, driving licence, are not necessary but are an advantage – let us know if you have !
• Horticulture Plant planting knowledge is a plus
