We are hiring a Full Time Bridal Stylist (5 days per week – 40 hours) working a rotational schedule across our busiest days (will include Saturday & Sunday).
Responsibilities
- Provide personalised one‑on‑one private styling appointments
- Go above and beyond to deliver an exceptional service experience
- Maintain flawless personal presentation and impeccable people skills
- Strive to reach and exceed monthly individual and team sales goals
- Be professional, yet down to earth and love what we do
- Have reputation for being industry leaders in personalized and friendly VIP service
- Take accurate measurements and upsell from our exquisite range of accessories
- Multi‑task between appointments and following up with brides via email & phone – work off an iPad and be IT savvy
- Maintain high commitment and work ethic while mastering extensive product knowledge
- Act as brand ambassadors wearing our products while in the showroom
- Must be able to work weekends – our busiest showroom days, but promise you will have the most fun!
Required Experience and Skills
If you have a passion for bridal fashion, exceptional customer service skills, and a genuine love for helping brides you will shine in this role. To be successful you will require:
- Previous experience in sales with a strong focus on customer service
- Proven track record in achieving excellent sales results and exceeding KPIs
- Ability to work individually and in a team to achieve targeted results
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships through the customer journey
- Able to learn quickly and retain information across a diverse and high‑quality product range
- Hard‑working with strong multi‑tasking skills
- Highest standard of attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and administrative ability
- Able to work weekends and flexible to take on extra shifts as needed
- Intermediate IT & administration capability skills – experience using an iPad, MS Office & data entry (e.g., NetSuite advantageous)
