Room Attendant – May Fair Hotel

We are recruiting for a Room Attendant for our 5‑star May Fair Hotel. This role comes with forward career progression and an hourly rate of £14 per hour inclusive of service charge.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure your designated rooms are cleaned to the highest standard and in a timely manner.
  • Work as a team, supporting colleagues where necessary, and performing ad hoc housekeeping duties as required.
  • Greet every guest with warmth and assist with their needs, directing to appropriate personnel when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction at all times, in line with core values and standards.

Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping experience required, ideally within a 5‑star hotel operation (training will be provided).
  • Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
  • Basic command of English as a minimum.
  • Positive attitude and approach to work.
  • Understanding of the importance of teamwork and working collaboratively.
