Role Purpose
The Mobile Support Team Member is a flexible, highly adaptable, service‑driven professional who provides front‑of‑house and workplace support across multiple sites. They deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a consistent, high‑quality workplace experience, regardless of location.

Flexibility & Adaptability
- Adapting to different workplace setups, systems and team structures.
- Supporting a variety of roles including reception, concierge, workplace services and assisting with FM duties.
- Being flexible with working hours, including varying start and finish times.
- Embracing change and remaining calm, positive and solution‑focused.
Travel Requirements
- Required to travel regularly between sites, sometimes at short notice.
- Travel across the North region is essential, including occasional support as far as Scotland.
- May be required to stay overnight for long travel distances or early start times; accommodation and travel arrangements will be organised and funded by Signature.
- Confidence and comfort using public transport is essential.
Travel Guidelines
- Travel within a 1‑hour commute from your home location, by any mode of transport, is considered your standard commute and is self‑funded.
- If you are required to travel beyond 1 hour, Mitie Signature will cover all additional travel costs and pay for additional travel time beyond your usual 1‑hour commute.
Driving Service Excellence
- Deliver services in line with SOPs, SLAs and KPIs across all sites.
- Maintain consistency in service quality regardless of location.
- Identify and address service gaps quickly and effectively.
- Take ownership of tasks and ensure nothing is missed.
- Support a culture of continuous improvement.
Workplace Operations
- Act as front‑of‑house support, including visitor management and reception duties.
- Manage visitor systems and support access processes.
- Support meeting room setups, events and workplace activities.
- Conduct floor walks and identify any issues requiring attention.
- Liaise with on‑site teams, contractors and service providers.
- Support mailroom, admin and workplace coordination tasks when required.
Safety, Compliance & Professional Standards
- Work safely and in line with Mitie QHSE policies at all times.
- Report incidents, risks or near‑misses promptly.
- Support emergency procedures and site compliance requirements.
- Maintain professional presentation and behaviour in every environment.
SIA Licence & Clearances
- Require a valid SIA licence (or willingness to obtain one).
- Expected to operate within a front‑of‑house security environment, balancing service with safety.
- Required to complete and maintain any site‑specific clearances, including background and security screening, client‑specific compliance checks and any additional training.
