Mobile Plumber

HOURS: 40 hours per weekLOCATION: London

Role Responsibilities

• Undertake inspection, maintenance and repair across a variety of commercial plumbing and drainage installations.
• Carry out pipework inspections, adaptations and repairs for associated equipment including pumps, expansion vessels, PRVs and TMVs.
• Deliver planned and reactive FM maintenance services in line with SFG20 requirements and relevant Approved Codes of Practice (ACoP).
• Provide an excellent level of service to the client by answering queries, reporting defects and keeping stakeholders informed of site activities.
• Accurately complete all work-related documentation, including inspection reports and records of remedial works, in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications

• City & Guilds Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Plumbing & Heating, or NVQ Level 2/3 (or equivalent recognised technical qualification)
• Proven experience working within a Facilities Maintenance / Building Services environment
• Demonstrable experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of:
  • Small hot water vessels
  • Sanitaryware including taps and associated pipework
  • Saniflo systems and similar pumped drainage solutions
  • General plumbing remedial works and fault finding
• Working knowledge of ACoP L8 and water hygiene compliance requirements.
