Our client is currently looking for a Front of House Receptionist to support the team providing a professional and friendly welcome to staff and clients. We are looking for someone bright, pro‑active and on the ball for this vibrant energetic business.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet all visitors, providing a professional warm welcome
- Answer calls and deal with queries and enquiries
- Record data accurately onto in‑house system
- Take receipt of deliveries, manage a busy inbox and respond to enquiries
- Replenish and maintain coffee machine and keep the area clean and tidy
- Perform any other duties as requested within capability

- Good communication and customer service skills

- Excellent organisational skills
- Competent with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
We are ideally looking for someone with previous reception or front of house experience; you will be smart and well‑presented with an excellent telephone manner and a professional approach.
