Day Shift (7:30am – 4:00pm, flexibility to be discussed)

We are currently recruiting for a Skilled CNC Miller on behalf of our client, a well‑established precision engineering business based in Redditch. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced machinist to join a growing team working on high‑quality machine components.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting, operating, and programming CNC milling machines using Fanuc controls
• Producing precision components to tight tolerances
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Carrying out basic inspection and quality checks
• Ensuring machines are running efficiently and safely

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CNC Miller (setting, operating, and programming)
• Strong working knowledge of Fanuc
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
