I am looking for a hard working, energetic candidate with a sense of responsibility to work as a Wood Picker at our Arbor Forest Team in New Holland. As a Wood Picker you will be working alongside small team members to make sure all orders are picked correctly and in a timely manner.
It is a physically demanding role.
Hourly rate: £14.40
Working hours: Monday – Friday 5.00am – 1.00pm
This is a permanent role from day one!
Responsibilities
- Abide Health and Safety requirements
- Pick orders to customers specifications
- Manually pick and sort timber/timber products
- Complete daily plant checks and report any defects
- Store stock in the correct manner and stock rotation
- Weekly stock checks to be carried out
- General daily housekeeping & keeping a record
Requirements

- Effective communicator
- Timber knowledge (desirable)
- Combi Forklift license (desirable) but not essential as this is not only forklift role
