Positions Available: Full time or part time
Salary: £33,202 to £42,266 (pro‑rata for part‑time)
Location: Across the Heart of Yorkshire Education Group, Wakefield, Castleford and Selby
About The Role
We are seeking dynamic and passionate English Lecturers to join our forward‑thinking team. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our learners by delivering outstanding teaching across GCSE and Functional Skills programmes, helping students reach their full potential. As a dedicated team player, you will promote excellent behaviour, motivation and learner performance, supporting students to succeed. Ideally you will hold a degree in English, or a related field, though other relevant higher‑level qualifications will also be considered.

You Will Have
- A degree in English or another related discipline
- GCSEs in English and Maths A*‑C/9‑4 or equivalent
- A PGCE or other recognised full teaching qualification is desirable
- Experience of teaching GCSE or Functional Skills qualifications
