We are currently recruiting an experienced and reliable Chef de Partie. The position is initially 3 days a week (Friday‑Sunday) and may lead to full time for the right candidate. If you prefer part time, you can continue to work part time.
You must have experience working in a very busy kitchen using traditional English selection, where everything is prepared on site (no bought‑in dishes).
You will be working in a team where everyone supports all roles, so you must have a pleasant approach and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
This could be a temp‑to‑perm role for the right candidate, full time, with every other weekend off, no split shifts or nights, working in a fabulous environment with amazing produce.
Starting salary: £14 and negotiable.
