Machine Operator in New Milton, Hampshire

We are currently recruiting for a Machine Operative to join a well-established company in New Milton, working within a clean room environment. This is a fantastic permanent opportunity for candidates looking to build a long-term career in a structured, quality-focused setting.

Pay

£13.89 per hour

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:30pm
• Friday: 7:30am – 12:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring machines within a clean room environment
• Carrying out precision-based tasks and small component assembly
• Performing quality checks to ensure products meet strict standards
• Following detailed procedures (SOPs) and clean room protocols
• Maintaining a clean and controlled working environment

Requirements

• Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment
• High attention to detail and ability to meet quality standards
• Good manual dexterity for repetitive and precision tasks
• Ability to follow strict processes and work in a regulated environment
• Reliable and able to work consistently in a fast-paced setting
