Layup Technician

Our client based in Hungerford are looking for a Layup Technician to join their growing team.

Layup Technician Roles and Responsibilities:

• Layup composite components using carbon fibre and glass fibre prepreg materials
• Prepare moulds, tools, and materials for production
• Follow technical drawings, work instructions, and quality procedures
• Ensure parts are manufactured to required standards and tolerances
• Trim, bag, and prepare components for curing processes
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Work closely with production and quality teams to meet deadlines

Layup Technician Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in composite layup or composite manufacturing
• Experience working with prepreg composite materials
• Ability to read and follow engineering drawings and instructions
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team

Layup Technician Working Hours:

• Monday – Thursday, 07:30 – 16:00
• Friday, 07:30 – 13:00
• 40 hours a week
