They’re now looking for a Principal Electronics Engineer to join a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team working on precision guidance and advanced electronic systems.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role across the full electronics lifecycle, including:
- Requirements capture, schematic design & PCB layout (Siemens EDA – DxDesigner / Expedition)
- Designing across high-speed digital, FPGA/processor, analogue and power domains
- Performing circuit simulation and signal/power integrity analysis
- Leading and contributing to design reviews and technical discussions
- Driving verification, validation, and transition of designs into production
- Collaborating with systems, manufacturing, and other engineering functions
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Electronic Engineering (or related discipline such as Physics)
- Strong experience in electronics design (digital, analogue, or signal)
- Background with PCB design tools and development processes
- Expertise in one or more of the following:
- High-speed digital design (LVDS, JESD204, Ethernet)
- FPGA & processor-based design (DDR memory, peripherals)
- Analogue signal conditioning, ADCs/DACs
- Power supply design (low noise, compact systems)
- Experience with simulation, DFx, integration & debug
- Ability to work independently and lead technical decision-making
- Comfortable mentoring and supporting junior engineers
