Job Title: Royalty Coordinator

A Little Bit About Our Team

  • Reporting to the Royalty Supervisor, you will work within a team of 20.
  • Managing a number of Classical, Catalogue and Frontline labels, ensuring artists are paid on time.
  • Be the expert in your area—knowing all about the accounts, answering queries, making payments and issuing statements.

  • Account‑management role responsible for timely and accurate preparation of six‑monthly royalty statements to the artists.
  • End‑to‑end responsibility for the artist’s royalty account from agreement signing to release, statement preparation, and liaison with artists or their representatives.
  • Show artists how much they have achieved with the company’s signed talent.

Here You’ll Get To

  • Interpret and implement artist recording agreements received from Business Affairs to the royalty system.
  • Review and apply recoupable costs to accounts where relevant.
  • Manage new release set‑up and liaise with other departments to ensure all necessary information is obtained.
  • Prepare royalty statements with acute attention to detail.
  • Ensure all payments due are processed by contractual deadlines.
  • Communicate directly with artists and representatives by phone, email or in person to answer royalty‑statement queries.

Rockstar Candidates Will Be Able To

  • Hold a minimum A‑level standard with good academic grades.
  • Be highly organised with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Take initiative and manage own workload while working within team goals.
  • Have experience managing data and good analytical skills.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

It would be music to our ears if you also had

  • Previous royalty experience or experience within the music or finance industry.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • A passion for music.
