£26,000 – £29,000 | Permanent | Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 4.30pm
Our client is a well-established and highly respected business based north of Shrewsbury, specialising in the manufacture and global supply of a unique, market‑leading product. Due to continued growth and increasing demand, they are seeking a Sales & Logistics Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for UK customer enquiries, delivering a professional and timely service
- Prepare and issue quotations in collaboration with the Customer Service & Logistics Manager and Sales Director
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to obtain accurate costings for products and transport
- Coordinate technical queries, ensuring prompt referral to the appropriate teams
- Provide clear, accurate, and up‑to‑date information to customers at all stages
- Assist with the preparation of collection and delivery documentation, and support product dispatch from the warehouse
- Organise UK deliveries using online portals and transport partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners
- Gather and collate information required to onboard new customers, suppliers, and logistics partners
- Process sales orders, delivery and dispatch notes, pro‑forma invoices, credit notes, and invoicing in a timely manner
- Raise and manage purchase orders and associated documentation for transport, warehousing, and related services
- Support ongoing improvements to departmental processes in line with business growth
- Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure compliance with data protection requirements
- Provide reception support, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls and online enquiries
About You
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have a strong background in sales administration and/or customer service, with a clear commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences. You will demonstrate:

Previous experience within logistics would be advantageous but is not essential.
