Composites Trimming & Fitter – Supercar Programme

Location: Rotherham

Contract: 6 Months (Initial) | Immediate Start

Rate: £28 per hour (Outside IR35)

We’re supporting a low-volume OEM on a high-performance supercar programme and looking for experienced Composites Trimming Consultants to join the team.

This is a hands‑on role working with high‑value composite components, where quality, precision, and craftsmanship are critical.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Composite Trimming & FinishingHand trimming components using Dremel, die grinders, routers and air toolsWorking to tight tolerances from engineering drawingsDelivering high‑quality edge finishes on complex geometries
• Paint Preparation (Class A Finish)Sanding, surface prep, and finishingFilling pinholes and surface imperfectionsEnsuring components meet Class A paint standards
• Assembly & Fitment SupportTrial fitting and aligning componentsAdjusting to achieve gap & flush targetsSupporting build teams with fitment readiness
