Key Responsibilities

• Supply parts to workshop and retail customers in a timely manner.
• Provide expert advice on parts and accessories.
• Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory levels.
• Accurately process orders using internal systems.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ensure all administrative duties are completed efficiently.

About You

• Recent experience as a Parts Advisor within a franchised dealership.
• Experience using Kerridge Autoline or Pinnacle systems.
• Well‑organised with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
