What does a Trainee Recruitment Consultant do?
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn how to:
- Build relationships with candidates and clients
- Understand specialist markets within Data & AI
- Source and interview talent
- Manage recruitment processes from start to finish
- Develop business development skills and win new clients
- Negotiate offers and influence hiring decisions
- Build your own network and reputation in the market
Over time, you’ll progress into running your own desk, managing both clients and candidates, with uncapped earning potential linked directly to performance.
Your Training at Harnham
