Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour worked. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
It is our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but you may work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12). We would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
- Help serve shoppers better every day.

- Perform tasks across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas where required.

- Make decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines that meet their needs on time.

- Understand your store’s performance, reduce waste and shrink, and deliver profit.
- Handle products with care to maintain quality.
- Live the company values, make everyone feel welcome, and follow policies.
- May be required to accept deliveries into the store.
