Pay & Hours

Pay starts at £13.28 an hour, rising to £14.55 in M25 stores. Additional payments may apply depending on location. Minimum guaranteed hours are 16 per week, with flexibility down to a minimum of 12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Know customers and serve them with passion and pride
• Be passionate and knowledgeable about store products and services
• Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas
• Apply training to work safely, effectively and serve customers brilliantly
• Make decisions that are right for customers, ensuring routines meet needs at the right time
• Participate in seasonal, community and charity events
• Understand store performance, help drive service, sales, reduce waste and shrinkage, deliver profit
• Handle products with care ensuring quality
• Live our values, make everyone feel welcome, follow policies
• Accept deliveries into the store when required
