Take ownership of your section, preparing and delivering high-quality dishes with consistency, precision, and care.
- Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to execute seasonal menus and maintain excellent standards during service.
- Prepare thorough and organised mise en place to ensure smooth, efficient service during busy lunch and evening periods.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and technical ability, handling fresh ingredients with attention and respect.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and organisation across your section at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen brigade, supporting a positive, professional, and fast‑paced team environment.
- Remain calm and focused during high‑volume service while ensuring quality and presentation remain exceptional.
- Show flexibility and commitment to the demands of a busy hospitality venue, including evenings and weekends.
