Wearelookingforreliable,detail-focusedindividualstojoinourLaboratory Shipping Team inahands-on,morning-basedpackingrole.Thisisapractical,activepositionbestsuitedtosomeonewhoenjoysroutine,structuredwork,stayingbusy,andbeingontheirfeetthroughouttheshift.
Youwillbeworkingaspartofayoung,friendlyteam,howeverwewelcomeapplicationsfrommoreexperiencedorseniorcandidatesaswell.Thisrolewouldsuitsomeonewhoishappytocomein,dotheirjobwell,andleaveattheendoftheshiftwithouttheneedforlong-termcareerprogression.
Thekeyqualitieswearelookingforincludebeingconsistent,methodical,dependable,andcomfortableworkingwithinaroutine-based,process-drivenenvironmentwithastrongattentiontodetail.
Fulltrainingwillbeprovided.

Morningshift:8:00am–12:00pmMondaytoFriday.
RoleOverview
Youwillberesponsibleforpreparing,packing,anddispatchingcustomersamplesinlinewithinternalSOPsandIATAguidelines.Thisisastructured,process-drivenrolewhereaccuracy,consistency,andattentiontodetailareessential.
The initial duration of this role is 3 months, however if business needs allowwe will be looking to hire this person on a permanent contract.

- Attenddailymorningshippingmeetingsandrecordspecialcustomerrequirements
- Accuratelychecklotnumbers,matrixdetails,andsamplevolumesagainstshippingdocuments
- Scananddistributepaperworktorelevantteammembers
- Monitortheuseandstorageofdryice
- Maintainaclean,safe,andorganisedworkingenvironment
- Replenishpackingconsumablesandsupplies

CandidateRequirements–Essential
- WorkingknowledgeofMicrosoftOffice
- GCSEGradeCorabove(orequivalent)inEnglishandMaths
