TEXO Recruitment is looking for an Operations Coordinator to start immediately in Kintore, Aberdeenshire for an external client. This is a temporary-to-permanent, full-time role. The role involves supporting the commercial and delivery teams within the service line and helping projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support assigned projects from tender stage through to completion
- Coordinate training, certification and competence for offshore and onshore technicians
- Arrange travel and accommodation for project personnel
- Support the sales of offshore personnel to new and existing clients
- Help improve and develop office processes within the Asset Integrity team
- Work closely with the Technical Director, Operations Manager and Project Manager to ensure projects are well prepared and delivered on time
- Attend client meetings to discuss upcoming work and completed projects
- Assist with contract administration and preparation of quotes (technical and commercial)
- Source project equipment from regional offices and third-party suppliers
- Raise purchase orders and ensure equipment and personnel are arranged on time and with correct documentation
- Manage equipment logistics, including export and import
- Support invoicing and financial reporting
- Follow Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality policies
- Carry out any other duties as required
Candidate Requirements:
- HNC/HND/Degree in Business Administration or relevant experience
- Previous experience supporting offshore operational projects
- Strong MS Word and Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive, proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
- High level of IT literacy
