Job Details
You will work within the operations team to ensure ACT Building Control (part of CHPK) provides a consistent, professional, and efficient service to clients. Your role will involve managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth operations to help achieve sales targets.
What you will do
- Sales support: preparing, issuing, and following up quotations, and preparing reports.
- Administrative duties: recording quotations, data input, KPI reporting, invoicing, and updating the central database.
- Customer Service: taking client calls, responding to client enquiries, and providing information on our services; building and maintaining client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Team support: working as part of the operations team to provide a high level of customer service.
Who you are
We’re seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator with a can‑do attitude and an eagerness to learn new skills. We are open to flexible working hours.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and team members alike.
- Excellent time‑management and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Eye for detail and professional manner.
- Administration IT skills, including computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and database packages.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and willingness to gain knowledge of all processes to assist in other areas of the business when needed.
