We are working with a primary school in Harlesden, Brent looking for a Learning Support Assistant for a long-term support role. This role starts in September 2026, with strong potential for continuation throughout the academic year. The school needs a reliable and patient individual to work closely with the class teacher and keep pupils settled, focused, and engaged.

Role Responsibilities

• Support pupils with SEN, ASD, speech and language needs, or EHCP-linked support
• Work in class, small groups or 1:1 depending on pupil needs
• Create calm routines and consistent classroom support
• Support learning without providing generic cover

Qualifications

• Previous experience in school, SEN, care, childcare or youth work
• Calm, steady and reliable
• Good communication with teachers and pupils
• Patience with pupils who need extra time and consistency

Pay: £90 – £105 per day

Location: Harlesden, Brent (NW10 4LX)

Start date: September 2026
