Role Title

Flexible Team Member (Day Shift and Night Shift)

Location

Long Lane, Aintree, L9 7BQ

Working Hours

Day Shift – 7am to 7pm, 2‑week rolling rota: Week1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday; Week2: Wednesday, Thursday.

Night Shift – 7pm to 7am, 3 on, 3 off rota.

Salary

£25,786.93 (Day Shift) / £25,786.90 (Night Shift) per annum.

Employment Type

Fixed‑term contract until December2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack biscuits on a production line.
• Manually pack products within specifications (e.g., bending, lifting, stretching).
• Conduct visual inspections to identify foreign matters or potential hazards.
• Ensure biscuits being packed meet product specifications.
• Adhere to all quality and safety standards.
• Produce to a high standard to achieve planned output.
• Maintain housekeeping and hygiene standards.

Essential Requirements

• Ability to work well with others and be open to learning and change.
• Flexibility to adapt to shift patterns and change.

Desirable Experience

• Experience working with food or machinery in a quality‑focused factory.
• Understanding of zonal Key Performance Indicators (production targets, waste levels, line performance).
