They’re launching a brand-new division in Poland and expanding rapidly across Europe’s luxury residential market.
To make it happen, they’re looking for a Senior European Projects Lead – someone who can take ownership of cross‑border, high‑end residential schemes and help build a new arm of the business from the ground up.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading luxury residential projects across multiple European locations
- Helping win new work and overseeing delivery to meticulous standards
- Managing UHNWI clients with confidence and professionalism
- Representing the brand and selling the value of a top‑tier contractor
- Helping grow a new division set to scale significantly over the next 3‑5 years
What You’ll Need
- Experience delivering high‑end or super prime residential projects
- Strong client‑facing ability – able to build trust with UHNWIs
- Commercial awareness with the ability to help win work
- Appetite for travel and cross‑border project leadership
- A senior‑level mindset – capable of shaping a new European arm
