We’re looking for an experienced EHS Supervisor to join a well-established engineering environment at a time when the team is managing a high and complex workload across multiple priorities.

This is a broad, hands-on EHS role where you’ll take ownership of Environmental, Health & Safety activity across site operations — supporting compliance, driving best practice, and playing a key role in developing a strong and sustainable safety culture.

What you’ll be doing

  • Identifying workplace hazards and implementing effective control measures
  • Managing and supporting the site risk assessment programme

Essential requirements:

  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification (or degree-level H&S qualification)
  • Minimum 5 years’ EHS experience
  • Strong experience in engineering or manufacturing environments
  • Proven ability to conduct risk assessments and incident investigations
  • Experience producing clear, professional EHS documentation and reporting
  • Strong understanding of EHS compliance and regulatory requirements

Desirable:

  • Experience with Power BI or data-driven reporting tools
  • Additional safety certifications (e.g. working at height, confined spaces)
  • Exposure to industrial hygiene or health surveillance programmes

Why apply?

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced EHS professional who enjoys variety, responsibility, and the chance to influence safety culture across a complex engineering site. You’ll be stepping into a role where your experience will be valued from day one, and where you can make a visible impact on both compliance and behavioural safety standards.
