The Role
As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and a key part of their experience with us. You will help ensure the clinic runs smoothly while providing a professional, friendly, and caring service to every visitor.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming clients with a friendly and professional manner
- Managing appointments and booking schedules
- Answering phone calls and responding to client enquiries
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
- Keeping the reception area clean, organised, and welcomingSupporting the team to provide the best possible experience for clients
- Assisting with social media and marketing to help grow our customer base
- Providing occasional holiday cover at other branches when required
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A warm, compassionate, and approachable personality
- Strong organisational skills and good attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced clinic environment
- Basic IT skills and confidence using booking systems
- Previous reception or customer service experience is preferred but not essential
- Reliability and flexibility, especially for evening and weekend shifts
