Equity Research Analyst Intern – Asia (Full-time with immediate start)

A global long-only asset management firm is seeking an intern to join their highly successful Asian Equities team. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in equity research and work alongside experienced investment professionals.

Responsibilities

• Gathering and summarising China‑related market and company news flow
• Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of ESG company reviews
• Supporting analysts with investment idea generation through fundamental analysis and industry research

Candidate Requirements

• Fluent Mandarin speaker
• Bachelor’s degree with at least a 2:1 classification (or equivalent)
• Strong numeracy skills with minimum grade A in A‑level Mathematics (or equivalent)
• Proficiency in Excel
• Self‑starter who enjoys independent research
• Comfortable working with limited day‑to‑day supervision

This is a full‑time position, and candidates must be available to start immediately.
