What You’ll Be Doing
- Carry out necessary coursework and complete training courses in a timely manner
- Maintain and develop skill levels in all aspects of customer service
- Take an active part in upholding the company’s health and safety policies
- Speak to customers about service requirements
- Complete service pre‑calls with clients and set expectations
- Ensure customer satisfaction scores are maintained
- Upsell products and services
- Become a product expert well‑versed with all features of our vehicles
What We’re Looking For
- You will need the right qualifications to start you on your learner journey—a minimum of GCSE (or equivalent) grades 9‑4 (A‑C) in English, Maths and one other subject.
- You are imaginative, like a challenge and problem solving
- You are a self‑starter, creative, fresh thinker ready to represent the brand
- You are able to create positive customer experiences from brilliant basics to the customer wow factor.
