What You’ll Be Doing

• Carry out necessary coursework and complete training courses in a timely manner
• Maintain and develop skill levels in all aspects of customer service
• Take an active part in upholding the company’s health and safety policies
• Speak to customers about service requirements
• Complete service pre‑calls with clients and set expectations
• Ensure customer satisfaction scores are maintained
• Upsell products and services
• Become a product expert well‑versed with all features of our vehicles

What We’re Looking For

• You will need the right qualifications to start you on your learner journey—a minimum of GCSE (or equivalent) grades 9‑4 (A‑C) in English, Maths and one other subject.
• You are imaginative, like a challenge and problem solving
• You are a self‑starter, creative, fresh thinker ready to represent the brand
• You are able to create positive customer experiences from brilliant basics to the customer wow factor.
