Role: Warehouse Operative (Factory)
Location: Portbury
Shifts: Monday – Friday
Hours: 22.00 – 06.00
Hourly Pay rate is £17.41 up to 40hrs and hours over this are paid at £26.11.
What will you be doing
You will be working as a Warehouse Operative to work in this dedicated food production site based in Portbury, Bristol. You will be working in the warehouse stacking pallets with 25kg bags. This is a fast‑paced and physical environment, so you’ll be on your feet and working with your hands throughout your shift.
A Few Things to Note:
You must have your own transport to be able to get to the site easily.
Some departments are noisy and require ear protection – all PPE is provided.
As food products are handled, you will need to have a good understanding of food hygiene and let us know if you have any food allergies.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience working in a warehouse on Nights
- Hands‑on and ready to learn new skills
- Flexible and open to working in different areas
- Reliable and punctual – your team depends on you!
- Health and safety aware
- Happy to be on your feet and lift heavier items (25kg Bags)
- Great attention to detail
- A team player with a positive attitude
