Community Integrated Care is recruiting for an Advanced Support Worker, with flexible shift patterns. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced support worker to step up. You will support adults with learning disabilities and autism who have complex needs, to lead the best life possible.

Responsibilities

  • Support adults with learning disabilities and autism, including those with complex needs, to lead a best life possible.
  • Provide person‑centred care, following tailored support plans and care packages.
  • Connect with people and support them to live independently.
  • Mentor and share skills and experiences with colleagues.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Previous experience in care is essential.
  • Level 3 in Social Care is desirable.
  • Strong experience in mental health, autism and sensory communication, and physical health is preferred.
  • Passionate, skilled individuals who bring enthusiasm, experience or specialist knowledge.
  • Patience, empathy, compassion, sensitivity, strong work ethic, reliability, honesty, determination, problem‑solving ability, resilience.

Eligibility

  • Applicants without a Level 3 qualification should have relevant experience in social care.
