Part time – guaranteed hours available. Rates £11.85 with a 10% weekend enhancement.

Requirements

• Full driving licence and willingness to operate our accessible vehicles.
• Ability to work alternate weekends; flexibility is required.
• Day workers must hold a full manual driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care and support tailored to the needs and wishes of people with learning disabilities.
• Work with residents to identify and achieve personal goals, enabling choice and control over their lives.
• Carry out everyday tasks including personal care and participate in a range of activities that promote a healthy, balanced, and fulfilling lifestyle.
