Working Hours
- Part‑time – 24 hours per week
- Bank worker hours available on Day, Waking Night, and Sleep Shifts
Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 care in rotation, covering all shifts and handling holiday and sickness cover for other team members.
- Support a client with complex neurological needs throughout daily activities, including personal care, nutrition management, and mobility, in both home and community settings.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑standard health care and promote independence.
- Maintain professionalism, reliability, integrity, and trustworthiness in all aspects of the role.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Suitable for female candidates meeting genuine occupational requirements.
- Previous experience working with individuals with complex care needs is desirable; full training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn, develop, and commit to an independent lifestyle support role.
- Successful candidates will undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
