Opportunity for a Non-Contentious Construction NQ Solicitor to join a leading London law firm with a highly regarded construction practice.

The firm

My client is a leading law firm with an outstanding reputation in the real estate sector. Their client base includes real estate funds, property companies, developers, investors, entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals.

They have one of the largest dedicated real estate practices in the London market and are renowned for their Partner-led service.

Their non-construction team is highly regarded and recognised for their expertise by the Legal 500 in London.

The opportunity

The team specialises exclusively in non-contentious construction work and advise on a broad range of complex and high-value development schemes including retail development, out-of-town regeneration, living sector schemes, logistic projects, and private residences.

The team is now looking to hire a Newly Qualified Solicitor, including September 2026 qualifiers, due to continued growth and a consistently busy workload.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading construction team working closely on sophisticated, high-quality matters in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The role will involve:

  • Assisting on a wide range of non-contentious construction matters
  • Advising on complex development projects across a variety of sectors
  • Drafting and negotiating construction documentation
  • Working closely with the wider real estate team on high-value transactions

Required

  • UK newly qualified Solicitor or August/September 2026 qualifier
  • Must have completed a seat in non-contentious construction
  • Ideally undertaken a real estate seat also
  • Strong academic background
  • Genuine interest in specialising non-contentious construction
