Customer-focused sales assistant to handle inbound enquiries, quotation follow-ups and order processing for our laser cutting and fabrication services.

Responsibilities

• Respond to phone, email and web enquiries
• Process quotations and purchase orders in our ERP system
• Coordinate with production for lead times and delivery

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication
• Confident with Microsoft 365 and CRM tools
• Engineering or manufacturing background a plus
