About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to individuals in their homes and within the community. Your work will empower people to build independence, confidence, and meaningful connections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting daily living activities including personal care and household tasks
  • Assisting participants to access the community and social activities
  • Supporting skill development and independence
  • Implementing individual support plans
  • Promoting choice, dignity and respect
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and communication with the team

Skills & Experiences

  • Compassionate and genuinely interested in supporting people with disability
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic
  • Positive, patient and respectful
  • Able to work both independently and within a team
  • Comfortable working in a variety of home and community environments

Essential Requirements

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current driver’s licence
  • Reliable vehicle and comprehensive insurance
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Able to work split shifts
