Contract

Full‑time, 42 hours per week, 12‑hour shifts, 8:00 am‑8:00 pm, including weekends

Pay

£12.81 per hour upon completion of the Care Certificate

Role

As a Health Care Assistant (Support Worker) you will support adults living with complex care needs to live their best lives.

Responsibilities

• Encourage and support people to take part in social activities, both in and out of the home
• Assist people at meal times
• Understand individual health and wellbeing needs
• Promote choice, dignity, independence and respect
• Support people with their personal care if needed
• Complete and maintain care records
