Salary: £25,000 – £31,724.16 per annum + company benefits

Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Manufacture weather seals safely.
- Replace raw materials to ensure continuous production.
- Carry out quality control checks on profiles.
- Work safely and efficiently to achieve KPI targets (OEE, scrap, OTIF, quality standards, throughput, productivity).
- Collaborate with team on agreed objectives with Section Leader and Production Manager.
- Promote best and safe practice in all areas.
- Support Section Leader in achieving objectives.
- Ensure informative handover is effectively communicated to succeeding operator; record notes in handover book.
- Implement 5S projects.
- Understand and achieve production KPI targets.
- Maintain high standard of housekeeping and H&S in department and factory.
- Utilise equipment, plant and materials most effectively.
- Prioritise work through production process.
- Identify and eradicate waste from process.
- Identify and remove recurring quality/process issues using Lean activities.
- Perform any other duties as deemed necessary by section leader.

Salary and Working Hours
£31,724.16 inclusive of shift allowance. 3‑shift pattern (40 hrs per week): 10 pm‑6 am, 6 am‑2 pm, 2 pm‑10 pm. First weeks include training/induction; initial shift will be 8 am‑4 pm.
